Terms, in plain words

The deal, stated honestly. This is a plain-language summary; a full agreement is provided before your first paid project.

01Payment

Nothing's due until your application is approved. Then it's 50% to start — which kicks off your project — and 50% on delivery, after you've seen the app working. On $5k and $10k projects, if you'd feel more comfortable, we'll run that final payment through escrow at no cost to you — just ask.

02Handover

When you pay the rest, everything transfers to you the same day — credentials, source code, and every account, all in your name.

03If it doesn't work out

If we can't deliver, or we misjudged the scope, you're refunded in full and not charged — that risk is ours. If you walk away mid-project, the deposit is non-refundable.

04Changes

We quote a fixed price against your spec. If you want to add something mid-build, we'll pause, tell you exactly what it costs, and you decide go or no-go. Your spec is the deal; changes are your call.

05Bugfixes

Something we built breaks? We fix it free for 7 days after delivery (30 days on $10k projects). Want longer coverage? That's the care plan.

06Ongoing costs

Everything we build runs on accounts in your name — hosting, email, payments, your domain, and any third-party APIs. You own them and pay those services directly.

07What we don't do

We don't build native mobile apps, regulated software (HIPAA/SOC 2), heavy ML, or real-time video. Wrong stack, wrong speed.
